Plants come in 150mm (6 inch) pots with 4 to a box (any combination of four) or 16 tubestock plants of any combination. They're ready to plant in the ground though may be watered and kept in the pots or tubes for a while. Potted plants range in size from 1 to 3 feet high ( including pot) depending on the variety. Tubestock plants are 1 to 2 feet high including the tube. You can order any combination of plants. All plants come in industry standard pots and have industry standard labels. (Label limits may apply to multiple tubestock purchases.) Plants are further supplied with detailed unpacking instructions and planting tips. worth noting that our pot plants are large and so are our cartons! So don't expect a

Delivery charges quoted above are a guide only and may change at any time without notice. Any changes or variations to freight charges are at the absolute discretion of Koala Native Plants and it's owners. Some remote areas may incur a higher delivery fee but the customer will be notified prior to despatch or being charged. Delivery. We deliver our plant cartons to New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. We can of course accept orders from anyone anywhere but delivery is restricted to the above states of Australia. Please note that our couriers will generally not deliver to Post Offices or Post Office Boxes. Orders are promptly despatched, usually on Mondays and received by our customers the same week and before the weekend depending on the delivery address. All plants are carefully prepared for transit and travel in purpose designed 'Plant Shippers' cartons that ensure the plants are protected and kept healthy during transit. Each plant is individually prepared by hand for travel in the 'Plant Shipper' and all handling and packing is included in the price of the plants. We only use professional couriers to deliver our plants to you in good order and monitor this very carefully. Couriers will require that a person sign for plant cartons on delivery otherwise the courier will generally leave a card advising the customer to phone their nearest depot. Alternatively, the customer may request that the plant carton or cartons be left by the courier in a particular place at their designated delivery point. We advise that a safe place be chosen out of public view and out of the weather. If the customer chooses to nominate a designated place for the cartons to be left in this way, the customer is then responsible for the cartons and all their contents. Koala Native Plants and its owners are not responsible for plant cartons left at customers premises at the customers request. Please note that the shopping cart program does not process live credit card transactions. It merely records the details temporarily on a secure server. Credit card payments are processed separately here at the nursery. As an added security measure, credit card numbers are not stored permanently on and are deleted from all electronic devices immediately after we receive them.
