Melaleuca Incana - Grey Honey Myrtle 12.95   Melaleuca Incana – Grey Honey Myrtle. This is another one of the more desirable and hardy Australian plants with many uses and positive features. This beautiful shrub often flowers profusely producing small bottlebrush like lemon-yellow flowers at around 3cm across that appear in spring and summer. It’s a fast growing plant to around 3 metres high in good conditions and the branches have a desirable pendulous habit. The foliage is blue-green and with the weeping branches creates an attractive shrub for the garden. Melaleuca Incana is a very hardy shrub in most soils and aspects preferring full sun and tolerating salt spray, wind, waterlogged and compacted soils as well as clay. It can be used as a windbreak or hedge or screen if mass planted and the flowers are suitable for floral arrangements. It can also be pruned to shape enhancing its appearance and appeal. Incana is frost tolerant to around -7°C and is a native of Western Australia adapting very well in most areas of Australia.   Size : 150mm pot  Weight : 1.5 Quantity
